The project seeks to promote relationships between users at two different scales. On the one hand, in a community level, the group of houses has been arranged in such a way that there is space for a common garden inside the block. This way the possibilities of exchange between the neighbors are promoted, as opposed to the usual models of townhouses where the so-called "independence" is the proposed canon.
On the other hand, on the domestic scale we find the large triple-height space of the staircase, to which some rooms are connected – for families to use as games rooms, libraries ... etc. This space allows visual connections between all the common spaces of the house and therefore the communication of those who live there. -Calle Conde Bugallal, 36004 Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain-
