The main design criterion will be energy performance, trying to minimise extra energy input. To this end, passive conditioning systems are included. The built-up area is concentrated in order to maximise the use of the garden area. Its corner location allows a wide range of views, but at the same time it is protected from the adjoining buildings, giving it a greater degree of privacy.
