It is a residential building with a serious pathology on its bearing structure that suffered some partial subsidence of floors in the most affected areas by humidity. The building is in turn afflicted by an attack of xylophages and by the incursion of the roots of the neighboring poplars on its masonry foundations. The absence of the adjoining building on its right party wall aggravates the situation as this party wall leans over the void. Security measures regarding access to the houses will be adopted and the dividing walls will be propped up to collect the horizontal forces caused by the collapse of the vertical facing.
