One of the main objectives of the project is to improve the operation and facilities of the kitchen. For this, it was decided to expand the area of the kitchen and transform one of the small cleaning warehouses into cupboards-shelves arranged in an organized way in the new corridor, which has allowed to gain more space and create a more efficient use of it. Another of the main changes in the kitchen is the opening of a new door on the façade in order to improve circulation. The new organization allows to have two separate routes that prevent the crossing of both.
