The objective of the Almansa Urban Accessibility Plan is to create a hierarchy of roads that allow the development of internal circuits of low-speed traffic routes, and a network of pedestrian routes that structure the movement of the city as a whole, all of them accessible , allowing the creation of environmental areas where the stay can be possible for any type of people
