It is necessary to demolish the partitions to reorganize the kitchen and bathroom and to obtain a unique space for the living room and dining room where the two bedrooms used to be. The flooring is demolished for the installation of an oak wood flooring throughout the house except in the kitchen and the bathroom where ceramic flooring is installed. The carpentry of the doors and windows will be reused and restored where some wooden windows are replaced by aluminum windows, maintaining the current carpentry design.
