The building has a distinct shape so that it is signified in the city and at the same time seeks a careful volumetric balance with its surroundings. The project values that continuity in the urban planning of the city where the architecture is also integrated. That is why the pedestrian bridge between the site and Dalseong Sports Park is incorporated into the building as an intrinsic part of the proposal.
